The experience that we propose allows you to enjoy nature in a way that combines nature, yoga and sense of humor.

You love nature? You enjoy exploring it and being impressed by it, but often you feel that the walk has not convinced you and you have the impression that you would like to tune into the natural environment in a much more personal and profound way.

You will tune into the beauty of the natural environment while at the same time yoga will allow you to connect with the secret or unconscious or sleeping language of your own body.

And most importantly, you will have a good time, laugh, release emotional blocks and say goodbye to bad energies.

Laughter raises the number of neurotransmitter substances, and there appears to be a correlation between laughter and a decrease in diseases of the mind.
Laughter generates endorphins, dopamine, serotonin and adrenaline, all of them hormones that contribute to physical well-being.

Yoga helps reduce the level of cortisol (the hormone related to stress), reduces anxiety and stress, helps to fall asleep since it is of better quality, allows you to perform better in daily activities, favors concentration , strengthens bones and muscles, and a long etc.

You will release emotional blocks and say goodbye to bad energies!
