La Vallalta is a living testimony of indigenous nature.
La Vallalta is the only «Green Zone» that connects the sea and the mountains in the entire Maresme, it is made up of three municipalities, Sant Iscle de Vallalta, Sant Cebrià de Vallalta and Sant Pol de Mar, which makes La Vallalta a place of great value of living nature.
We propose a walk that begins at the beaches of crystalline waters and thick sands in Sant Pol de Mar and then, we will climb towards the mountain through the stream that bathes the three towns.
We will see crops and get to know the flora and fauna of the area.
We will have the opportunity to see old farmhouses, old constructions whose architecture has survived the passage of time and even today they are still buildings of reference. The origins of some of them date back to the 9th and 10th centuries.
